OG

Europe
About

Few teams in sports history, let alone esports history, can tell a tale like OG can. Their story involves betrayal, heartbreak, and victory against all odds. OG initially formed in late 2015. They dominated the city Majors held from 2015 through 2017. But it was in the spring of 2018 that the story that really defines the organization begins:

In May 2018, OG's captain, Fly, and offlaner, s4, left the team before The International 2018 after seeing disappointing results in recent tournaments. The remaining members, N0tail, JerAx, and Ceb were left reeling and filled their remaining player slots with former teammate ana and rising pub star Topson.

Climbing from the open qualifiers, OG went on to win The International 2018. Some people called it a fluke run, so OG had to cement their status as the greatest team of all time by repeating as champions at The International 2019. This is the only time an organization has ever won The International twice, let alone back-to-back.
