PPD joins Alliance as a coach

Alliance announced today via their Twitter that Peter "ppd" Dager will join the team on a trial basis as a coach.
Ppd will join the team for the rest of the season on a trial basis and join forces with Jonathan "Loda" Berg, a long-time coach of Alliance. Ppd brings a wealth of experience with him, including a win at The International 5 and a few 3rd-place finishes at the International. He was known for his drafting, and during his most successful period during 2015, he was considered one of if not the best drafter in the game. Although since his time at Evil Geniuses, ppd has not been able to recreate the success and has had a rather lackluster return with a last-place finish at The International 9. Perhaps a position off the field of play will suit the veteran North American captain?
Alliance currently find themselves at the top of the Western Europe Upper Division with a score of 4-1 after they lost their latest set this week to Brame. Alliance has looked like a strong team for a while but seems to fall short when it matters. They went out spectacularly during the Singapore Major and did not manage to win a single series win in the whole group stage and only four individual games. Ppd has experience playing and winning on the biggest stages that Dota 2 has to offer, so perhaps he and Loda can transition that into this talented squad.
Ppd will have until the end of the second DPC, including the major, to prove his talent and skills as a coach.
