Team Magma's zc banned from DPC for match-fixing

Perfect World has banned Team MagMa’s mid-laner Chen "zc" Xiaofeng from the Dota Pro Circuit. This announcement comes after MagMa’s qualification to the Upper Division in the Closed Qualifiers. Allegedly, xc received money for match-fixing during his time on Team Ocean. The rest of Team MagMa will still be allowed to compete with a substitute player. A replacement has yet to be publicized.
Team MagMa is a development team assembled by Old Boys, a group of 10 retired Dota players. Originally, two teams named Ocean and Blaze were formed. When the two squads merged, they combined their names into MagMa. Offlaner Jiang "Tzy" Bo was also on Team Ocean during the match- fixing, but no charges have been levied against him. No statement has been made on the other members of Team Ocean.
A similar ban was enacted on Jimmy “DeMoN” Ho for the North American Dota Pro Circuit. That ban was administered for previous allegations of sexual harassment. His stack Aristotle still qualified for the $205,000 Upper Division.
North America and China's DPC Divisions will both begin on January 18.
