Beyond the Summit has announced team 4Fun is no longer directly invited to BTS Pro Series 4: Americas following "roster changes."
- dnmdota
- David "Moo" Hull
- Jingjun "Sneyking" Wu
- Clinton "Fear" Loomis
Peter "ppd" Dager
Both Moo and Sneyking were on the 4Fun roster. Moo typically plays position 1 carry, while Sneyking is an offlaner. That said, dmndota is the great unknown quantity. He's a 17-year-old carry player who played briefly with, e.g., TEAM TEAM when they tried to qualify for ESL One Los Angeles 2020 earlier this year.
The team will be anchored by The International 2015-winning duo of Fear and ppd. Both players are integral to the legacy of North American Dota 2. Ppd retired from the game on April 20, 2020, after a stint with Ninjas in Pyjamas in Europe. He's widely respected as a top tier drafter. Fear, meanwhile, was competing with business associates until
deciding to take a break from the game in September. He's been an important mentor for rising players, most notably Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan.
Meanwhile, Jacky "EternaLEnVy" Mao recently tweeted:

This puts a big question mark around what the rest of his team, Braxton "Brax" Paulson and Eric "Ryoya" Dong, are up to. Have they found another team to compete with (perhaps the mysterious Arkosh Gaming?) or are they also now looking for a team? Brax did retweet Envy's teamless dance tweet.
With the DPC looming, the next few weeks should see rosters start to firm up. We'll continue to report on changes, as well as checking in on how Sadboys perform at the upcoming BTS Pro Series 4: Americas!
